A roster is three to six session windows, saved as one pcr-1 code. Drop it beside Import roster code and the table loads those sessions — as many as the question needs. Build your own in the Composer, or start from a ready-made set below.

Name three to six windows, set the times — the code writes itself.
All times ET, overnight-aware — 1800 to 0930 wraps midnight. Use three to six rows — leave bottom rows empty for a leaner table. A code never switches a slot on or off.
